The team at NJ Planning came to us looking for a refreshed brand identity and website that would reflect their growing reputation as a trusted planning and development consultancy across North Wales and the North West.
NJ Planning support a wide range of clients, from housing associations and private developers to leisure and caravan park operators, guiding them through an often complex planning system with clarity, strategy and strong communication. A key objective of the project was to create clear brand recognition and help the business stand out from competitors in what can be a very traditional and visually dull sector.
Taking inspiration from the initials NJ, we created a sleek and confident monogram that brings together precision, structure and progress. The mark reflects NJ Planning’s strategic approach to securing planning consent and their ability to navigate complex developments with confidence, particularly within the North Wales planning landscape.
The deep red colour palette was carefully chosen to convey strength, reliability and determination, while also retaining a sense of energy and ambition that reflects the business’s young, dynamic outlook. Refined typography and a structured layout give the brand a modern, professional edge that feels approachable rather than corporate, helping to reinforce trust while avoiding the typical planning consultancy stereotype.
